Which Gates Rental Guests Use:

Dear Guests, Safe travels to Zimbali Coastal Resort. 

Zimbali Coastal Resort has 3 Entrance Gates:

1. Northgate : Residents Gate only

2. Southgate : Residents Gate only

3. Westgate: Rental Guests Entry and Exit

Process for Entry into Zimbali

1. No ID = No Entry.All adult guests must carry their IDs.

2. Only the first guest driver needs to collect All Car Access Cards from the Welcome Centre, located just before Northgate

3. This guest will then keep all cards and handover to your guests when they arrive , accordingly.

4. Access / Entry is 24hrs and 7 days a week. No cut-off time.

5. All guests will enter and exit Zimbali via the Westgate Only with IDs on hand.

6. If the Welcome Centre is closed, this means you possibly arrived after 7pm. Kindly follow this link --> Late CheckIN procedure.

Entry and Exit Gate for Resort:

1. Once you have completed your Registration process at the Zimbali Welcome Centre,

2. All entry and exit for the duration of your stay will be via Zimbali Westgate Entrance.
